Valve Seals on an H22

Looking at part numbers 4 and 5... they are valve seals, are they two seperate seals because they are for the intake/exhaust side? or is there any way to tell whether its an A or B? these are the two lines for them
18136 004 8 SEAL A, VALVE STEM (NOK)
18138 005 8 SEAL B, VALVE STEM (NOK)


any help would be great...

after hours of searching i found an answer, apparently its different for intake an exhaust... and my source for finding this is from this website, http://www.honda-performance.com/info-lv2.asp?id=394

they are selling valve seals and under the more information button it says...

Set of 16 seals (8 intake/8exhaust). Install white bands on intake side and black bands on exhaust.


as soon as i posted this on here (i posted it on cb7tuner about 1 or 2 o'clock today, just got around to it now) and as soon as i did i found the answer. maybe other people will want to know this
