I think that an 03 TypeS 6 speed will work. You the the full harness from that car for it work. I have seen the write up somewhere. It has been done. Good luck.

Shifter box
Engine
Tranny
Kpro
Axels
Mounts
Harness
Shifter cables
Alot of custom work

Not your typical swap you do by yourself if your a noob in mecanics. And judging by your lack of info on how to do a 5speed swap, im guessing you've never did this type of work. So make it 10 to 12grand.

for the auto to manual conversion to the body, you will need:

clutch pedal with bracket
brake pedal
clutch master cylinder
clutch lines
clutch damper
5_speed gearshifter
shift cables

for the installation, you have to drill holes for master cyl. to mount, use spacers on the inside of the firewall, mount bracket, mark and drill hole under windshield for upper support of bracket, swap brake pedals, mount 5 speed shifter, and cables. for the lines and damper assy, if you can find someone who makes steelbraided hoses, you could have a custom hose made and run it straight from master cyl to slave, and not even bother with damper assy. there are also a few wires that need to be jumped in the harness that plugged into the automatic shifter. and you have to drill a new hole through the mount on the unibody for the trans. mount. or at least that last step is for conversion with f20b auto to manual conversion. not sure about k mounts
